With nearly three decades of experience at the helm of The Ritzz Salon, I’ve found true fulfillment in mentoring new hair stylists and supporting nail technicians and estheticians as they grow strong, successful clienteles. Fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment has always been one of my core values. I'm deeply passionate about continuing education and make it a priority to stay current—both personally and professionally—with the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in the beauty industry. I actively encourage my team to pursue advanced training and often attend International Salon and Spa Shows across the country with them. These experiences not only sharpen our skills but also reignite our creativity. For the past 20 years, I’ve specialized in K-Tip hair extensions, offering clients customized, high-quality solutions to achieve their dream hair. Additionally, I specialize in Brazilian Blowout hair straightening treatments, providing clients with smooth, frizz-free hair that lasts. This combination of skills—along with cuts, colors, and perms—allows me to offer a wide range of personalized hair care services to meet every client's unique needs. In 2011, I was honored to be voted Best Hair Stylist by the Billings Gazette Readers' Choice Awards—a recognition that continues to inspire my ongoing commitment to excellence. Outside the salon, I enjoy recharging through scuba diving adventures and relaxing on the golf course. These hobbies help me stay balanced and bring fresh energy and perspective back to my work and my team.

I’m proud to serve my clients from my station at The Ritzz Salon, where quality and comfort come first. When I'm not cutting hair, I enjoy working on my farm, spending time out on the water fishing, or hitting the country western dance floor on the weekends. Come by, sit down, and leave looking sharp.

Anna is a Licensed Esthetician, Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, & Quantum Biofeedback Specialist with 30+ years of experience. Anna provides professional care based on a holistic philosophy of health & wellness and provides outstanding service tailored to each clients' needs. Her products are top-quality, organic, and non-GMO with the added use of herbs, crystal energy, Reiki, and essential oils in order to cater to the entire mind & body approach. Her custom-made treatments and products make for a one of a kind experience.

Outside the salon you’ll often find me exploring antique stores and vintage markets. Ciera Figueiredo is a seasoned hairstylist with over 15 years of experience, born and raised in Marin County—just 20 minutes north of San Francisco. She spent more than a decade working in high-end salons throughout Marin, perfecting her craft in precision cutting, color, and hairstyling. Ciera is especially known for her signature round brush blowouts that create effortless volume and shine. A certified L'Oréal Professionnel balayage artist trained under celebrity stylist Nancy Braun, Ciera also holds certifications in both weft and K-tip hair extensions-providing custom solutions for clients looking to enhance their natural look with added length and dimension. When she's not behind the chair, you'll find her caring for her two beloved dogs or performing as the lead singer in a local soul band—infusing passion and creativity into everything she does.

Sarah brings both skill and passion to her work, creating a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who sits in her chair. When she’s not in the salon, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and beloved dogs, often heading outdoors to camp, relax, and play games together. Hi, I’m Melanie! I’m originally from South Dakota and recently made the move to Billings—I’m so excited to welcome you into my chair! I offer a full range of nail services including acrylic, Gel-X, structured manicures, and pedicures. I’m also passionate about hair, specializing in balayage and blowouts. To help clients achieve their dream length and fullness, I’m certified in both weft and fusion hair extensions. When I’m not at the salon, you’ll usually find me strumming my guitar or curled up with my pets. I can’t wait to meet you and help bring your beauty vision to life!
